The Evolution of My Work
Endurance taught me rhythm.
Strength taught me resilience.
Leadership taught me responsibility.
Coaching taught me the truth most high performers never say out loud:
Effort isn’t the problem.
Structure is.
Every woman I coached had work ethic.
What they lacked was a framework — a system that made consistency inevitable instead of negotiable.
RESOLVE emerged as the answer to that pattern:
an integrated approach that blends physical performance, identity-based behavior change, and leadership psychology.
This is not lifestyle coaching.
This is leadership development — through the body.
The RESOLVE Method™
Structure. Strategy. Strength.
RESOLVE is built on a simple but uncompromising framework designed to support sustained performance — not short-term effort.
Structure
The backbone of every result.
Systems that simplify decisions, anchor identity, and make consistency non-negotiable.
Strategy
Training and nutrition guided by data, feedback, and behavior — not guesswork.
Precision replaces noise.
Strength
Both the outcome and the identity.
Physical, mental, and emotional resilience — built deliberately, not discovered.
Unified, these pillars form a capacity-driven approach to leadership, expressed through the body.
Medical Performance, Clearly Defined
As my work has evolved, so has the context in which women are operating.
Today’s high-performing women are navigating not just demanding careers and leadership roles—but complex physiological landscapes shaped by stress, hormones, metabolic health, and recovery capacity.
RESOLVE is a medically informed performance coaching practice.
My work is informed by advanced training in peptides, bloodwork interpretation, and genetic context — not to provide medical care, but to coach responsibly when biology is part of the equation. This training allows me to recognize when physiology is influencing performance, recovery, or adaptation, and to design training, nutrition, and behavioral systems that adjust as biology shifts rather than breaking under it.
That means I collaborate with licensed medical providers when relevant—not to diagnose or prescribe—but to ensure that training, nutrition, recovery, and behavior change are designed with biological reality in mind.
Because effort isn’t the issue.
And information alone isn’t the answer.
Execution is.

Professional Context
My work is grounded in over 25 years in strength, endurance, and performance coaching, alongside senior leadership experience building systems in complex, high-responsibility environments.
It is informed by advanced training in peptides, bloodwork interpretation, and genetic context — not to provide medical care, but to coach responsibly when physiology intersects with performance.
When medical care is appropriate, I work alongside licensed providers. My role remains performance governance: translating biological context into structure, execution, and sustainable results.
Beyond Coaching
Alongside my work with RESOLVE, I’ve spent more than 25 years in higher education leadership — building systems, leading teams, and translating vision into strategy.
The same precision, clarity, and standards that define my leadership work shape how I coach women inside RESOLVE.
This work is guided by what I call The RESOLVE Standard — a clear definition of what real progress requires and what it doesn’t.
I believe in:
Structure that steadies you
Strength that expands you
Identity that guides you
Clarity that carries you
Because how you lead your body shapes how you lead your life.
A Note on Real Life
I live a full, demanding life — professionally and personally — and I coach from inside that reality.
I’m a mother. A wife. A leader. A lifelong athlete. Someone who values early mornings, quiet discipline, and work that earns its place.
I don’t believe in outsourcing responsibility for your health to trends, hacks, or perfect conditions. I believe in systems that hold when life gets busy — because it always does.
That belief isn’t theoretical.
It’s lived.
I help women who lead learn to lead themselves.
Before RESOLVE was a coaching company, it was a discipline — a way of thinking about strength, leadership, and identity. It was shaped by years at the intersection of performance and responsibility: early mornings, empty roads, and the kind of clarity that only comes when you stop outsourcing your standards.
I’ve spent more than 25 years immersed in strength, performance, and human behavior — running, lifting, studying, leading, and coaching women who want more than maintenance. Women who want mastery. Women who expect excellence everywhere except in their own physical lives — and are ready to change that.
RESOLVE was built for them.
For women who lead, decide, and carry responsibility.
Women whose lives are full, but who know there’s another level available — one that requires structure, not slogans.
Because in a world that rewards chaos and quick fixes, clarity is an act of leadership..
