Medical Performance Approach

RESOLVE is a medically informed performance coaching practice.

That does not mean diagnosing, prescribing, or replacing medical care.
It means understanding biological context — and designing execution accordingly.

Because performance doesn’t live in appointments.
It lives in daily decisions.

RESOLVE provides performance coaching and education. Medical decisions remain the responsibility of licensed healthcare professionals.

  • RESOLVE operates as a performance coaching partner informed by medical insight.

When relevant, I collaborate with licensed medical providers to ensure that training, nutrition, recovery, and behavioral systems reflect biological reality — not assumptions.

Medical decisions remain with licensed professionals.
    Execution lives here..

  • Medical care is episodic.
    Performance is continuous.

Most outcomes are shaped not by prescriptions, but by:

    • Adherence over time

    • Stress exposure

    • Recovery capacity

    • Training load

    • Behavioral consistency

Without structure, even the best medical interventions lose traction.

That gap is where RESOLVE works.

  • When medical care is appropriate, clients may be referred to independent, licensed medical providers operating within their own scope of practice. We work with
third-party telehealth platforms such as SamaritanMD.

    These providers:

    • Conduct medical evaluations

    • Order and interpret labs

    • Diagnose and prescribe when indicated

RESOLVE does not manage medical care, direct treatment decisions, or oversee prescribing.

Our role remains performance coaching, education, behavior change, and execution support.

Licensed medical providers are available nationwide.

Biological insights — including labs or genetic context — may inform training structure and recovery strategy without diagnostic or prescriptive interpretation.

  • For clarity and integrity, RESOLVE does not:

    • Diagnose conditions

    • Interpret labs clinically

    • Recommend or adjust medications

    • Override medical guidance

    • Replace provider care

Medical authority stays where it belongs.m description

  • Medications, peptides, hormone support, and testing are tools.

    They can reduce friction.
    They can improve signal clarity.
They cannot create structure, consistency, or leadership.

    Coaching is what stabilizes outcomes.

  • Medicine can identify risk.
    Coaching must operationalize change.

    RESOLVE helps women:

    • Build systems that match current capacity

    • Reduce decision fatigue

    • Train intelligently without overreach

    • Restore trust in their bodies

    This is not optimization culture.
    This is alignment.

  • Clients remain responsible for:

    • Maintaining relationships with licensed providers

    • Following prescribed medical guidance

    • Communicating changes in care

    • Making final health decisions

RESOLVE supports execution — not authority transfer.

  • This approach is designed for women who:

    • Value informed decision-making

    • Prefer structure over hype

    • Understand that sustainability beats intensity

    • Want leadership reflected in how they live, not just how they work
