Medical Performance Approach
Performance coaching informed by medical insight.
RESOLVE is not a medical practice. It is a performance coaching practice that understands biological context — and designs execution accordingly.
Medical care is episodic. Performance is continuous. Most outcomes are shaped by what happens between appointments — and that gap is exactly where RESOLVE works.
Our Role
Performance governance. Not medical care.
RESOLVE operates as a performance coaching partner informed by medical insight. When relevant, I collaborate with licensed medical providers to ensure that training, nutrition, recovery, and behavioral systems reflect biological reality.
Medical decisions remain with licensed professionals. Execution lives here.
Why It Matters
The gap between knowing and doing.
Most outcomes are shaped by adherence over time — stress exposure, recovery capacity, training load, behavioral consistency. Without structure, even the best medical interventions lose traction.
Medicine can identify risk. Coaching must operationalize change. RESOLVE helps women build systems that match current capacity, reduce decision fatigue, and restore trust in their bodies.
How This Works
Four principles that define the approach.
Labs and genetics inform the work — they don't replace it.
Biological insights — including labs or genetic context — inform training structure and recovery strategy. They sharpen the coaching. They don't constitute clinical interpretation or replace provider guidance.
When medical care is appropriate, clients are referred to licensed providers.
We work with third-party telehealth platforms including SamaritanMD. These providers conduct medical evaluations, order and interpret labs, and diagnose and prescribe when indicated — operating entirely within their own scope of practice.
Peptides, hormones, and testing are tools. Coaching is what stabilizes outcomes.
Medications, peptide protocols, hormone support, and testing can reduce friction and improve signal clarity. They cannot create structure, consistency, or the execution systems that make results hold. That is the coaching.
Medical authority stays where it belongs — with the client and her medical team.
Clients remain responsible for maintaining relationships with licensed providers, following prescribed medical guidance, communicating changes in care, and making final health decisions. RESOLVE supports execution. Authority stays with the client.
