There's a pair of jeans in your closet that knows things.
And a dress you keep sliding past. And a jacket you haven't buttoned since last winter. Meanwhile, you're thinking:
- "I'll wear that one next time."
- "Same black pants. Again."
- "I know I need to get back to lifting."
- "I start. I stop. I start again."
- "I don't need another complicated plan. I need someone to tell me what to do."
If one of those landed, you're exactly who this is for.
Here's the deal.
I give you the plan. You do it. For 21 days.
Every week you get [2 or 3] short strength sessions you can do at home with [equipment]. You won't be scrolling for workouts at 9pm or wondering if you're doing it right. I decide what we're doing. You show up and do it.
- The planEvery session, every week, already decided.
- The coachingMe in the group, telling you what we're doing and why it matters this week. [live calls: how many, when?]
- The check-insSomeone who notices when you go quiet, and asks.
- The groupA whole crew of women starting the same Monday, doing the same 21 days.
One small extra: pick a piece.
On Day 1, choose one thing from your closet you'd love to reach for this season. Try it on. On Day 21, try it again. It's just for you, a little personal marker. Your strength numbers do the real measuring.

Why strength?
Because it gives your body a real reason to get stronger, and three weeks is enough time to feel it start.
The plan is simple on purpose. Simple is what actually gets done on a Tuesday.

Day 21.
Retest and see exactly how far you came.
And in between?
You follow the plan, show up in the group, and practice the hardest part: keeping it going when the week gets messy. It will get messy. It's November.
December 6: Day 21.
Day 21 is a real finish line, with an actual result at the end.
Then go somewhere and wear something.
- Repeat your Day 1 strength measures and see the difference in your own numbers.
- Try on the piece you picked, if you picked one.
- Walk away with a routine already running and a clear picture of where you are now.
- Decide what's next, with my help if you want it.
Who this is for.
- You used to train, and somewhere along the way you lost the thread.
- You're active, and your body isn't responding the way it used to.
- You're newer to lifting and want someone to show you exactly what to do.
- You just want to feel strong in your own clothes.
Any of those? Come on in.
(a real, unposed one)
Who's coaching you.
I'm Sami Owens, and I run RESOLVE Performance + Wellness. For 21 days, I'm in charge of your workouts. You're in charge of showing up.
I'll be in the group the whole way, reading your check-ins and telling you what I see.
I'm inQuestions.
Is it really free?
Yes. [Confirm: no card needed.]
Do I need a gym?
Nope. You'll train at home with [equipment list].
I've never really lifted. Can I do this?
Yes. The plan meets you where you are, and every session has an easier way to do it. [Confirm]
How much time does it take?
About [30] minutes, [2 or 3] times a week, plus a few minutes in the group.
Can I join after November 16?
Enrollment closes Sunday, November 15 so we all start together.
What if I miss a day?
You pick up where you are. Real life is part of the plan.
After December 6.
RTW is complete on its own. If you want to keep going with a plan built entirely around you, that's what my 90-Day Reset is for. You'll hear about it near the end of RTW, once.
