Ninety-Day 1:1 Coaching Engagement · Full Panel Included
Precision90
In twelve weeks: your strength back, your energy back, and the drive that went quiet somewhere along the way.
That happens when the plan is built from what your blood actually says. A complete panel is included, gone through with you line by line, and every week of training after it comes from what we found.
Twelve weeks is a complete training cycle. It is the shortest honest unit of change in a body, and it is long enough to feel it.
You did not lose discipline. You lost a body that used to answer when you called it.
Somewhere in the last few years the same effort stopped producing the same result. Maybe you took it to a doctor and were told your labs looked normal. Maybe you never took it anywhere, because you already knew how that conversation would go.
Either way, nobody measured what changed. You have been managing something alone, on less information than you deserve, for longer than you would admit to anyone.
It takes about two weeks to stop wondering.
Who This Is For
Four women, and you are probably one of them.
The starting point matters less than the thing they share, which is that nobody has measured what actually changed and nobody has built a plan around it.
You train and nothing moves
"I am doing more than I have ever done and my body looks exactly the same."
You are consistent, you eat protein, you show up. Most of what gets handed to women in midlife is a collection of hard sessions rather than a program, and the load never systematically climbs. Sweat is a sensation. Load is a measurement. Only one of them can be graphed.
You are on a GLP-1
"The weight is coming off and nobody has told me what else is going with it."
The medication works, and that is settled. What is missing is anyone tracking what leaves. Your clinic has one instrument and it is a scale, and fat leaving and muscle leaving look identical to a scale. Everyone says protect your muscle. Almost nobody says how you would know whether you did.
Your labs came back normal
"I was told everything looks fine and I went home and felt exactly the same."
Most panels stop at TSH. Ferritin, free T3, morning cortisol drawn at the right hour, fasting insulin, free testosterone with SHBG. Any of them can sit well inside a printed range while you are running on empty by two in the afternoon, because a reference range describes a population rather than a person.
You are deciding about medication
"Everyone has an opinion and I have no information."
Hormone therapy, thyroid medication, GLP-1s. Every one of those decisions belongs to you and a licensed prescriber, and every one of them is made better with a complete panel sitting in front of it. Walking into that conversation with your own numbers changes what happens in it.
The Twelve Weeks
Three cycles of four weeks.Ending with a woman who recognises herself.
The panel leads, because a plan built on guesswork is how you got here. What follows from it is training that compounds, and a body that starts answering again.
You stop guessing, and you start sleeping.
Your panel comes back and we go through it together, line by line, so the first thing that changes is that you finally understand what has been happening. Sleep and energy are usually the first things to move, and they often move inside the first month. Training begins, and these four weeks are about finding the loads your body can actually be built from.
You get stronger, and the rest of your week gets easier.
The weight that beat you in week two becomes your warm-up. If ferritin or thyroid turned out to be part of the picture, this is the window where correcting them stops being a number on a page and starts showing up in how you feel by late afternoon. You stop planning your week around your energy, because there is enough of it again.
The drive comes back, and you have the proof it will stay.
Drive is the one almost nobody says out loud, and it is the one women tell me they missed most. By week twelve you are looking at three months of climbing load with your name on it, so none of this rests on faith or on a good week. You can see it. That is also where you decide what happens next, holding your own numbers, from a position of knowing rather than hoping.
What each of us brings.
Mine is the plan. Built from your numbers, rebuilt when your body says to, with an answer from me every week that you never have to chase.
Yours is showing up. The sessions get done, the food gets eaten, the check-in gets sent, most weeks. Perfect is more than I need from you.
Do that, and the rest is mine.
How It Runs
What your week actually looks like.
Intake on day one, and your panel goes out. It is included in the price, so there is no separate lab bill, nothing to submit to your insurer, and nothing to decide twice.
Your results come back and we sit down with them together, line by line. Training gets built from what they say, with protein and fueling targets to match it, using the food you already eat.
You send a written check-in. Training, food, sleep, anything that came up. I answer by the end of the next business day, every time, so you are never left wondering whether the message landed.
Live calls partway through and at the end, where we put your strength numbers next to your day-one numbers and decide together what happens after ninety days.
Get a body that answers when you call it.
Twelve weeks is one complete training cycle, which is the shortest span in which a body will show you something real.

The Baseline is five strength tests you can run at home this week, in about twenty minutes, with no lab and no appointment. It gives you a dated number to compare against in twelve weeks. For some women that is enough to get moving.
