The Investigation
You know how much you lost.
Nobody told you what you lost.
You've lost weight. The scale recorded the number. It didn't tell you whether your strength held, or what changed in your metabolic picture.
The Investigation gives you a baseline, and then a second look at your performance four weeks later.
Bloodwork. Five performance tests. A written read that puts the two together.
An average can't tell you
anything about yourself
In the STEP-1 extension, people regained about two thirds of what they had lost within a year of stopping semaglutide. That number gets quoted at you constantly and it can't tell you a thing about your own body, because it's drawn from thousands of women whose bodies were never described to them either.
Here is what would tell you something about yourself.
What your iron and ferritin are doing after months of eating less. Where your insulin sits now. What your thyroid markers look like. Whether your protein-related markers have held up. And whether your body still does the work it did a year ago.
None of that is on your chart.
Blood tells you one part. Performance tells you another. The Investigation puts them together.
One client's loaded carry came in at twenty-eight pounds a hand for two and a half minutes, so her grip was clearly fine. Her dead hang was under fourteen seconds.
Those two numbers told us something different about the same body. The answer turned out to be her shoulders, and her six knee push-ups confirmed it from the other direction.
Her panel would never have shown me that. Neither would any single test.
That's what an investigation is, and it's the reason this costs more than a lab order.
Four weeks, start to record
The panel
A comprehensive blood panel drawn at a LabCorp location, covering the markers I use to understand your current metabolic, nutritional and physiological picture, and to inform the training and fueling priorities we investigate.
One draw, at the start. The panel is not repeated at week four.
Nothing is in the panel to make the panel look bigger.
Insulin, A1c, glucose
Iron, ferritin, TIBC, saturation
Ultra-sensitive TSH, T4, free T4
Total protein, albumin, globulin, A/G ratio
Vitamin D, B12, magnesium
CRP, ESR
Full metabolic picture, enzymes
Total, HDL, LDL, triglycerides
The Baseline
Five performance tests you run yourself at home, in about twenty minutes, with no gym. You send me the sheet.
- Getting off the floor
- A dead hang
- Push-ups
- A goblet squat
- A loaded carry
There's no passing score, and that's deliberate. Published numbers for women in midlife are thin and drawn from small samples, so nobody can honestly tell you where you rank. What these give you is a before.
The read
A written document that arrives in your inbox. Not a printout with reference ranges beside it, and not a list of what came back flagged.
What each number means, ordered by what matters. Where the panel and the performance tests tell different stories, and what that difference points at. What to change about how you eat. What to change about how you train. And what to watch.
You read it on your own time, as many times as you want. If you'd rather talk it through afterward, we can.
We investigate the performance tests again
You run the five performance tests a second time and send me the numbers. The blood panel is drawn once, at the start. Four weeks is too short a window for most markers to say anything honest, and performance is what moves first.
You get a second read on what moved, what didn't, and what that says about the next stretch.
This is the part nobody else does. An interpretation is a snapshot. Two measurements four weeks apart is the beginning of a record, and a record is the only thing that ever tells you whether something is working.
You will not be left wondering
what to do Monday morning
During your four weeks you will have access to a small library of on-demand training sessions through CoachRx. Use them while you work through the priorities identified in your read.
The Investigation tells you what to pay attention to. The work starts there.
- Where you stand right now.
- Which markers deserve attention.
- What your strength looks like against a real reference.
- What to change about how you eat and train.
- And what moved in four weeks.

Where my work ends and
your doctor's begins
The Investigation is not medical care. The laboratory testing is ordered through the appropriate clinical process, and I am not your doctor.
I read numbers and I build eating and training off what they say. Diagnosis and treatment stay with your physician.
If something comes back that needs one, I'll say so plainly, and I'll help you work out which kind of physician to see.
That's already happened. A client had a panel worth taking seriously and a primary care doctor she'd never met, because hers retired a year ago and was never replaced.
Four days after her read she had a cardiologist scheduled and a gynecologist scheduled, and she knew which questions belonged to which.
Whether you stay on the medication, taper, or stop is between you and the person who prescribed it. What I can tell you is what your body looks like while you decide.
I don't guess. I measure.
Before you decide
Do I have to be on a GLP-1?
No. This is built for a woman who wants a more complete picture of where she is now, and coming off a GLP-1 is one reason she might want one.
The Investigation works the same whether you're currently taking one, coming off one, or have never taken one at all.
What if I'm still taking it, or only thinking about stopping?
Either way. Currently taking it, tapering, three weeks off, eight months off, or still deciding. The panel and the tests describe where you are now, which is useful at every one of those points.
What if I already have recent bloodwork?
Send it before you buy anything. If it covers enough, I'll tell you what it's missing and what it would cost to fill the gap.
Where do I get the blood drawn?
Any LabCorp location that offers the required collection. The requisition and instructions arrive after purchase.
Do I need equipment for the tests?
Something to hang from and something to hold. The instructions cover substitutions.
Is this coaching?
No, and that is intentional. The Investigation is a four-week assessment built to establish your baseline, interpret what we find, and see what moves. If you want individualized programming and ongoing adjustment for 90 days, that is Precision 90.
Your $497 investment is applied in full toward Precision 90 when you enroll within 60 days.
