Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information RESOLVE Performance + Wellness ("RESOLVE," "we," "us") collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. RESOLVE is a coaching practice operated by Sami Owens in Monroe, Louisiana. Questions go to sami@resolvepw.com.
What we collect
- Contact information you give us: name, email, phone number, and mailing address if needed.
- Information you share in forms and coaching: answers to applications, quizzes and intake forms, health history, medications and supplements, training logs, strength test results, and anything you tell us in check-ins.
- Laboratory results from bloodwork ordered as part of a RESOLVE program.
- Payment information, which is processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
- Basic website and email data, such as pages visited, links clicked, and whether an email was opened.
How we use it
- To deliver your coaching: reading your results, building and adjusting your program, and answering your questions.
- To send you the emails and text messages you've agreed to receive.
- To process payments and keep business records.
- To improve our programs and website.
RESOLVE is a coaching practice, not a medical practice. We treat the health information you share as confidential and use it only to coach you.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the services we need to run the practice, and only what they need:
- Our client management and messaging platform, which stores contact records, forms and messages.
- Stripe, for payments.
- The licensed provider who authorizes lab orders, and the laboratory that performs the draw.
- Our email and file storage provider.
We may also disclose information if the law requires it. We will not share your results, story or photos publicly without your written permission.
Text messaging
If you opt in to text messages from RESOLVE Performance + Wellness, we use your phone number only to send the messages you agreed to. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties, except the service providers that deliver the messages for us.
How long we keep it
We keep client records for as long as needed to coach you and meet our business and legal obligations, and then delete or anonymize them. You can ask us to delete your information at any time, and we will unless we are required to keep it.
Your choices
- Unsubscribe from emails using the link at the bottom of any email.
- Stop text messages by replying STOP.
- Ask to see, correct, or delete your information by emailing sami@resolvepw.com.
Security
We use reputable, secured services to store your information and limit access to what's needed to coach you. No system is perfectly secure, so if something ever goes wrong that affects your information, we will tell you.
Children
Our services are for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page.
