These terms apply to resolvepw.com, our forms, emails and text messages, and any RESOLVE Performance + Wellness ("RESOLVE," "we," "us") program you buy. Using them means you agree to these terms. Questions go to sami@resolvepw.com.

Coaching, not medical care

RESOLVE provides coaching. Nothing on this site, in our emails, quizzes, guides or programs is medical advice, diagnosis or treatment, and Sami Owens is not a licensed physician. Talk to your doctor before starting a new training or nutrition program, and take any health concern to a licensed medical professional. In an emergency, call 911.

Programs and payment

Paid programs are described on their pages and, for one-on-one coaching, in a written coaching agreement. If the agreement and these terms ever disagree, the agreement controls. Payments are processed by Stripe. Refunds, pauses and continuation follow the terms stated for each program at the time you buy.

Text messaging

By opting in, you agree to receive text messages from RESOLVE Performance + Wellness. Non-marketing messages cover your program, scheduling, check-ins and replies to your questions. Marketing messages, if you opt in to them separately, cover offers and new programs.

  • Message and data rates may apply.
  • Reply STOP to opt out at any time. You'll receive one message confirming you've been unsubscribed.
  • Reply HELP for help, or email sami@resolvepw.com.
  • Consent to receive texts is not a condition of buying anything.
  • Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Your content and ours

Our guides, programs, session sheets, quizzes, articles and other materials belong to RESOLVE. They're for your personal use, and you may not copy, resell or redistribute them. What you share with us stays yours, and we won't share it publicly without your written permission.

Results

Results depend on many things, including your own effort, health and circumstances. We do not guarantee any particular outcome.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by Louisiana law, RESOLVE is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of our site or programs. Physical training carries a risk of injury, and you train at your own risk.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Louisiana.

Changes

If we change these terms, we will update the date at the top of this page.
